Bob has a 25 years of oil & gas industry experience. In the past 12 years Bob worked for Siemens. His Siemens carrier begins regionally in The Netherlands with a focus on natural gas production, especially depletion technology for mature fields. After some time, he started working for Head Quarter with a global role in business development of the upstream production portfolio. Throughout the years Bob was always working on the crossroad of technical- and operational excellence. In the last years the Siemens digitalization portfolio has his growing attention and fascination. Bob has written several industry accepted papers on production optimization and presented the topic at various conferences such as ADIPEC in UAE.

Arthur has 16 years of oil & gas industry experience. After joining Siemens in 1988 as a software developer, Arthur worked on a broad range of industrial automation applications for various industries. Since 2005 Arthur works as a solution architect for Siemens Oil & Gas Solutions, where he is involved in both regional projects in The Netherlands and global R&D projects. In recent years, Arthur is focused on artificial lift technology for oil and gas production, specifically wellhead compression and ESP’s.  Arthur is a Certified Functional Safety Professional
