We assist in evaluating the net present value calculation and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) analyses necessary to justify the project.
In addition, our specialists provide turnkey installation of modernized equipment in concert with the plant's inspection requirements and scheduled outage duration, helping to plan the outage work in detail along with other subcontractors to ensure on-time completion.

With decades of fleet experience and a proven track record in implementing modernization projects, we have successfully modernized more than 350 steam turbines. In addition to our own steam turbine fleet (e.g. KWU, Westinghouse and Parsons), we have implemented modernizations on other-OEM steam turbine frames such as those manufactured by GE, MHI, Alstom and LMZ.
