Our Technology Application Center (TAC) is a unique workspace designed to accelerate the development of projects and solutions through expert collaboration, rapid prototyping, and testing.

We are equipped with a wide array of advanced tools, including robotic arms, various metal and plastic 3D printers, internal and external scanners, and a state-of-the-art machine shop featuring the latest in digital machining technology.

With extensive experience in research and development, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and design for manufacture, the TAC delivers custom solutions using a diverse set of skills: robotic, optics, electrical, mechanical, design, software, machining, and non-destructive evaluation.

The Additive Manufacturing Application Center utilizes advanced additive technologies to significantly reduce lead times, enhance performance, and extend the life of parts. By applying cutting-edge 3D printing methods, we ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Our metal 3D printers utilize Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF), one of the most advanced and reliable technologies in metal additive manufacturing. This high-end technology allows us to reproduce obsolete parts when suppliers are no longer available, ensuring continuity and reliability for our customers.

LPBF enables us to optimize designs by consolidating assemblies into single parts for performance gains and addressing supply chain shortages that may impact customer operations.

The Innovation Center Orlando is one of four Siemens Energy Innovation Centers globally. It serves as a dedicated collaboration and ideation space for Siemens Energy employees and customers, providing a dynamic environment to explore groundbreaking ideas and innovative concepts, and future projects that can shape the energy landscape.
