An accurate and up-to-date dashboard showing project(s) financial progressions did not exist. Taking this challenge head-on, Megan and her team have been meticulously working on a solution by collaborating with the Regional Directors and Finance to include important financial measures. The Business Improvement Team has developed a dashboard and implemented the first phase that provides an indication for projects that are reflecting unexpected financials. This allows the project financials to be available in real time enabling teams to work more efficiently.

The project encapsulates Megan's approach to fostering collaborative relationships within her team and peers. Working together to solve a problem has improved their day-to-day operations and bolstered their mutual understanding and teamwork.

Discussing her work in process improvement, Megan emphasizes, "There are many things we do well in Field Service, but this is an opportunity for us to take it to the next level. Systems and processes can lag, so we are working to improve the day-to-day, eliminate frustration, and provide a reliable way to work more easily. Real-time data analytics to facilitate agile decision-making is vital in this market, and that is a major focus of our team.”
