George Haas is the Commercial product owner of Continuous Performance Optimization. He and his team work with global plant operators to help them improve plant's operation profit and achieve plant-specific goals by utilizing Siemens Energy's Omnivise Digital Services Portfolio and OEM expertise.

George has Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

Darren McGuire is a member of the Omnivise Performance team within Siemens Energy. His formal role is in Business Development for digital performance solutions. Darren works and lives in the Orlando area of Florida, and has been a member of Siemens Energy for over 14 years. He holds both a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.

Timot Veer is Product Line director, Power Plant Performance Optimization at Siemens Energy. The product line provides engineered solutions for power plant and other energy system operators to improve yield and decrease fuel consumption as well as emission footprint, e.g. decarbonization. Timot joined Siemens in 2003 and has held various positions in Field Service, Diagnostics, product management and strategy.

Timot has a Master’s degree in Turbomachinery and a Ph.D. in Energy Systems.
