Andreas Graichen, M.Sc., is group manager in the AM Center of Competence in Finspång Sweden, focusing on Digitalization and Industrialization. Since 2009, Andreas works with AM and contributed to the development of the first rapid burner tip repair (RaBuTiR) process.

Norman is a R&D Engineer working for Product Management for service-related projects at Siemens Energy. He started his professional career at Siemens AG in the R&D department in 2005 for the industrial steam turbine service at Nuremberg, Germany.

His field of activities includes development of CAx processes, upgrade & repair solutions regarding the core steam turbine and introducing new additive manufacturing technologies (e.g. Laser Metal Deposition) for rotating equipment.

With his seven years of experience in diverse Siemens Energy R&Ds, Ricardo has been able to acquire a multitude of skills in Design, Simulation and project execution making him a valued member of the Additive Manufacturing Repair Engineering Team in RSB Berlin. His international background and understanding of complex manufacturing processes are a great help in developing and delivering Additive Solutions in the demanding Power Generation field. 

Senior Director Additive Manufacturing   |  Siemens

Tom van 't Erve is Senior Director Additive Manufacturing within the Manufacturing Engineering Group of Siemens Digital Industries Software. In his role, Tom is responsible for the Siemens Build Preparation software which is an integral part of the Siemens NX suite of integrated design, simulation and manufacturing software solutions for 3D printing (PBF, MJF, FDM, DED, WAAM, etc.) of metal and plastic parts. Tom holds a MSc and a PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.
