The currently applicable provisions on the Supervisory Board’s compensation are set out in Section 12 of the Articles of Association of Siemens Energy AG. They apply as from October 1, 2020 and date back to a resolution adopted by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on August 20, 2020.
The compensation of Members of the Supervisory Board, including the underlying compensation system, was presented to the first Annual Shareholders' Meeting following the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Siemens Energy AG on February 10, 2021 pursuant to § 113 (3) of the German Stock Corporation Act and confirmed by a majority of 98.92% of the valid votes cast.
