The currently applicable provisions on the Supervisory Board’s compensation are set out in Section 12 of the Articles of Association of Siemens Energy AG. They apply as from March 1, 2024, and date back to a resolution adopted by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on February 26, 2024. At this Shareholders’ Meeting, the compensation system for the members of the Supervisory Board as presented and the currently applicable compensation were approved by a majority of 99.39% of the votes cast.
